On this Friday...
We're going to sort 93 calls each.
And obviously, I feel bummed about it.
With the new promotions & new agents & even new TLs, the pull-out rate is going nowhere but up. So... good luck to us.
I even slept fitfully last night even if I went to bed early. Crap. I feel so tired already.
Now, just have to get past this Friday.
Gotta start sorting na.

kerry, soree ha! ngayon lang ata ako naka-30 na pull-out and i had more than 10 calls na over 6 mins ang recording at 12000 speed. adn hindi lang basta credit card problems un. whatdahell talaga!!
