We're going to sort 93 calls each.

And obviously, I feel bummed about it.

With the new promotions & new agents & even new TLs, the pull-out rate is going nowhere but up. So... good luck to us.

I even slept fitfully last night even if I went to bed early. Crap. I feel so tired already.

Now, just have to get past this Friday.
